Like many , I have found myself here… at Rock bottom with no one around to guide me back to the light. Its at rock bottom That I have discovered is where we faced with a fundamental choice.

1.To look in the mirror and Rise Above.

2.or look away from ourselves and fall into the dark abyss of the “Victims Mentality”

It may not only be situations that make us face this fundamental fork in the road… Somethings your higher power has decided to bless you with adversity from birth. From the moment we are born some of us Can not walk, some of us are more prone to obesity, diabetes, depression, being an orphan, developmental disabilities or even financial Poverty. The reason I refer to this list as Blessings is because God chose to gift you with this Way of Life from the start.

Resilience for some is not a Choice but more so a Way of life. They were Born into the Abyss of inevitable certain struggle. These individuals have had to Rise above and adapt to create a different perspective and manifest The Resilient Soul that we all have within us.

Regardless of which route you have found yourself in this abyss from birth or result of situation out of our control. we all have a few things in common.

1. We do not choose these struggles

2. We do not choose to suffer.

3. We Certainly did not choose this pain.
